Return Policies

Valigeriapolli guarantees full satisfaction on your purchase.

If, within 14 days of delivery of the goods, you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you can request their return and obtain a refund of the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs).

After 14 days, the return will be possible as a courtesy, we will not accept it in limited cases (excess of delay not justified)

Return procedure

To activate the return procedure, you need to do the following:

Evasion made

Once the good condition of the returned products has been ascertained, within 3 days of receipt of the goods, Valigeria Polli will proceed with the refund by reversing the credit card used for the purchase or by bank transfer.

The customer is responsible for the shipment of the returned goods, the shipping costs and any customs clearance costs are at his expense, in case of defect or error in the order the costs remain at our expense.

Finally, please note that, pursuant to Italian law, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised by consumers, i.e. by people who purchase products for purposes not related to their professional activity, in case they are companies or goods related to professional activity, the right of withdrawal it will not be considered automatic, but consider that it will generally be accepted.
